Howdy from Saratoga Ranch!

We’re thrilled to have your commitment to join us at our first Annual Boots N’ Spurs Gala! It’s going to be a blast at the newly renovated historical Canary Barn at the Saratoga Ranch. We’re so excited to unveil this special venue with our friends, family, and the wonderful folks of the Platte Valley.

This year’s gala is all about supporting and raising funds for the Saratoga Chapter of FFA (Future Farmers of America). The Saratoga FFA program is a long-standing student club that relies on fundraising to fulfill its vision to grow the next generation of leaders who will change the world. Their mission is to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agriculture.

The Boots N’ Spurs Non-Profit Corporation is here to support youth, families, and the community. We’ll be receiving and managing the funds raised from the gala, which will be used to support the Saratoga FFA’s forward activities and determined projects. Our goal is to help the Saratoga FFA program and members thrive and remove any obstacles that might hold them back. Your support will be incredibly valuable and make a real difference!

Now, let’s get to the gala! Here’s a summary of your invite confirmation with some helpful information to make your attendance even better.

I hope you’ve received the invite by mail and email. Both are great ways to get all the details. You’ll also get an email with your invoice for the tickets and tables you’ve committed to. Everyone will get an invoice, even if your tickets were sponsored by someone else. If you’re traveling from out of town, your reserved accommodations will be listed on your invoice. All the accommodations are just a short drive from the ranch.

The Gala’s time and place are on the front of your invite confirmation. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. You can call me at (832) 492-4098 or email me at chosb.email@gmail.com.

I can’t wait to see you in June!

Many Blessings,
